Peach Orange Syrup

Ingredients

• 25 mlPeach Orange Syrup
• 60 mlOrange juice
• 10 mlFresh lime juice
• 120 mlSoda water, chilled

For 10 serves: 250 ml Peach Orange Syrup · 40 serves per 1-litre bottle at this measure.

Method

1. Add 25 ml peach orange syrup, 60 ml orange juice and 10 ml lime juice to the glass.
2. Stir for 5 seconds.
3. Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
4. Top with 120 ml chilled soda water and add an orange half-wheel.

Bartender's noteThe juice and syrup are mixed before the ice so the soda has to carry them, not dissolve them. Stirring after the soda flattens it.
