Peach Syrup

Soft, juicy peach. The easy way to make peach iced tea.

Method

  1. Add 200 ml cooled black tea, 25 ml peach syrup and 10 ml lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Add a full scoop of ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
  4. Strain the tea over the ice and add a lemon slice.

Bartender's noteShaking puts a light foam on the tea and chills it before it meets the ice, so the fresh ice in the glass melts slower.
