Grape Syrup

Ingredients

• 25 mlGrape Syrup
• 10 mlFresh lemon juice
• 170 mlSoda water, chilled

For 10 serves: 250 ml Grape Syrup · 40 serves per 1-litre bottle at this measure.

Method

1. Add 25 ml grape syrup and 10 ml lemon juice to the glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
3. Top with 170 ml chilled soda water and lift once with a bar spoon.
4. Add a lemon wheel.

Bartender's noteThe 10 ml of lemon cuts the grape's sweetness. Without it, kids finish the drink but adults stop halfway.
