  4. Pour 60 ml evaporated milk over the ice and give one slow stir so it streaks pink.

Bartender's noteEvaporated milk goes in last, over the ice, because it is the part guests watch. Stirred once, the drink shows pink streaks before it turns an even rose colour.

FAQ

About Rose Coffee Syrup

Can I make bandung with rose coffee syrup?

Yes. Rose syrup with evaporated or fresh milk over ice is the bandung method.

Does rose go with coffee?

A little rose in a latte gives a floral cup that sells as a feature drink. Start with a small amount; rose is strong.
