Ginle is a pleasant mocktail that uses ginger beer to give out the good old gingery taste with hints of sweetness.
One may ask if we should use ginger beer or ginger ale? Actually in today’s world they are actually the same. Traditionally ginger beer is brewed (fermented) and ginger ale is just ginger flavored carbonated water, but nowadays large-scale soda companies adding stronger ginger flavor to carbonated water and call it ginger beer anyway.
Today’s brewed ginger beers are categorized as non-alcoholic drinks because their alcohol content is less than 0.5 percent, which meets FDA requirements. Since ginger beers are naturally fermented, they have less carbonation and often develop a beer-like head when poured into a glass.
Regardless of the ginger beer you use is naturally brewed or ginger flavored carbonated water, this drink will still taste great, so don’t worry.
